look what i did!

‘Tis the season to be merry! A bit premature, I know, but I was beyond thrilled to see these two programs I designed for Anthropologie in stores over the weekend. My first job out of school was designing candle packaging, so it was really fun to dabble in packaging design again. These soaps and hand creams are all about the perfect stocking stuffer in bright, happy colors and mid century modern-inspired prints. Oh, and that whipped lavender butter one smells ridiculously good. Oh, AND they are embossed and have grosgrain ribbons! Christmas magic, indeed.

On the right you can see my hand-drawing skills put to work for some dishtowels. They are sort of an homage to kitchen gadgets, one of my favorite product categories! We all know that Anthropologie loves a cheeky saying, so what could be more fun than a marquee dangling from a utensil party?

Update: The dishtowels are available here! Soaps aren’t online yet, but stay tuned.
