look what i did!

Towels are such a fun way to perk up a rental bathroom and these Woven Mandala Towels from Anthropologie are no exception! I wanted the colors to be a bit neutral so the towels would work in a multitude of bathrooms, but the artwork is where I could really have fun. It’s a geometric, but does a fun color-blocking sort of thing. Each towel undulates color from mustard to icy grey to charcoal to duck egg blue. Plus, I am in love with the mustard yellow border. It’s juuust unexpected enough!

Also, I hand-painted similar artwork for the coordinating shower curtain.

How much fun is this round, medallion-inspired tufted bathmat? I love that it looks like a modern stained-glass window.
