effortless simplicity from datura

Maybe it’s California, maybe it’s turning 29, but suddenly all I want is to get back to basics. Datura is the perfect example: timeless, elegant, casual, sophisticated, effortless… the whole nine yards. And don’t even get me started on this photography. It’s taking all of my inner strength not to run to the desert to frolic in floaty layers and chunky knits.

Datura is designed in New York under the guidance of Creative Director Stefania Borras, then each piece is made in Barcelona. Designed with free-spirited, adventurous women in mind, Datura explores “the connection between the natural world and our urban lifestyle.” On the business side, the brand promotes slow fashion by focusing on natural fibers for it’s textiles and controlled manufacturing processes.
