DIY last minute new year’s noisemakers
After the rush of Thanksgiving and Christmas, New Year’s sneaks up on you. I often find myself short on fun supplies for ringing in the new year, especially when it comes to noisemakers (my favorite part)! Growing up, New Year’s Eve was the one time it was totally OK to make a racket. So I’m sharing a last minute project that will have you celebrating another year in style.
