Please, bear with me: this is like my love letter to cheese. Grilled cheese sandwiches are by far one of my favorite “vehicles” for enjoying cheese, plus they’re perfect for when you’re craving something simple after a crazy week. There are just so many ways to spice up this old standby – you can do it with things you already have in your kitchen. In fact, you could even make a grilled cheese for breakfast… or dessert… or a midnight snack…
