a little extra grace // possibilities

September brings two words to mind, “hello, fall.” The leaves and temperatures begin to drop, which brings layering skills back into action. There are fresh starts, from ‘back to school’ specials to fall fashion trends. A new season brings new possibilities.
I appreciate the change of seasons best with a mug of coffee, my journal, and time to think. I prompt myself to work through the tough questions: “Am I happy with what I’m doing?” or “What should I be working on?” Often, I’m quick to feel disheartened by my honest answers, but dwelling on personal philosophy doesn’t have to leave one uninspired. Let your answers guide you to the next chapter of life.

In January we make promises to ourselves to do or get better at x, y and z, but by the ninth month of the year those promises have often slipped to the back of our minds. Maybe this new season could help you revisit the goals you set or realign your actions with them. You have the opportunity to create new aspirations for the remainder of the year, or you can keep building on what you have already accomplished. Fall is the perfect time to make a passion project or a whimsical daydream come to life.

Anything can happen in this new season. Only you can define what your possibilities will be. To inspire you to dwell in those possibilities, I made this desktop and iPhone wallpaper for you.
