Valentine’s Day… what a day, huh? Definitely a day to get your drink on, no matter your relationship status. To help you toast to the day, to love, to friendship, we came up with this cocktail. Light, refreshing, and perfect for sipping, cheers to you on heart day. <3
Rose Water Fizz (prep time 10 minutes, but ice cubes need about 6-8 hours to freeze)
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 10-12 raspberries cut in half
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 2-3 drops Scrappy’s grapefruit bitters
- 4-6 oz champagne
- Sprinkle of lemon zest
Measure two cups of filtered water. Add 1 tablespoon rose water and stir. Place halved raspberries into an empty heart-shaped ice cube tray. Pour rose water mixture over the raspberries and freeze.
To mix the cocktail, pour half ounce vodka into a champagne glass, place 2-3 drops of bitters into the glass. Pour champagne into the glass, fill 1/2 inch from the top of the glass. Drop rose water ice cubes into the cocktail, finish with lemon zest and enjoy!
