Summer Dessert Recipe: Coconut Water & Pink Lemonade Popsicles

IngredientsL

  • 2 c. coconut water
  • 2 c. pink lemonade
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 carton of strawberries

Tools:

Directions:

This recipe couldn’t be any easier! Combine 1 part coconut water and 1 part pink lemonade and set aside. Next, zest your lemon and add a about 1/4 teaspoon of zest to each popsicle mold. Slice strawberries lengthwise and place in your popsicle molds. I ended up using about one strawberries per popsicle.

Pour your coconut-lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds and secure the lids in place. Position your popsicle sticks and move to the freezer for 4-6 hours or until completely solid. Enjoy!
