I feel like it’s been a hot minute since I shared some of my favorite spots here in Seattle. Miroja the sweetest plant and home decor shop, or as I refer to it, the best serotonin boost you can ask for. I’m lucky in that this gorgeous shop is on the ground level of my new studio space, so I can pop downstairs whenever I’m feeling blue or lacking inspiration. Usually this means I end up bringing home a few leafy friends, too.
Shopping in Miroja is sort of like an explosion of texture. They are so many unique and beautiful plants, a lovely assortment of ceramics, and even wallhangings and stationery. I swear, every time I go, there’s something new.
Miroja might seem a bit familiar to you because it’s the storefront brainchild of Cherie Marquez from La Fleur Kitchen. She’s taken her amazing floral styling skills and combined it with her love of plants to curate this gorgeous little shop. Plus, she also hosts workshops on a variety of topics, such as hand lettering, how to mount a staghorn fern, and social media tips.
Be sure to stop by Miroja and hoard some plants: 1417 NW 54th, #102, Seattle, WA 98107
