Palms Springs Travel Guide

It’s been 4 weeks since our trip to Palm Springs for a friend’s wedding and I’m finally able to share my visual diary of that trip! Things didn’t go exactly as planned (more on that here) and, to be honest, this trip felt like it was world’s away from where I am now. I finally feel ready to look back on the photos and how much fun we had, ready to share some of my favorite parts of the trip and all the places you should go if you’re also planning a trip to Palm Springs!

We stayed at a really fun Airbnb at the Ocotillo Lodge. The vibe was super mid century modern and awesome, especially the pool! We were there during some really hot days, so the pool was essential. The lodge has a really unique history — it’s rumored that Marilyn Monroe used to hang out there!

Because the wedding was at the Ace, we spent lots of time here… and again, especially at the pool.

On our way out of Palm Springs to Joshua Tree, we stopped at The Mirage House by Doug Aitken, which was truly one of the coolest, most inspiring pieces I’ve ever seen. It was just SO cool. The installation is up until October, so be sure to check it out.
