the friday edit

What a week, you guys! As you read this, I am deep in the throes of a really exciting shoot for a book (not my own… at least not yet!) and I cannot wait to share even more with you about it. We’re shooting the cover today and it’s honestly one of the most inspiring creative processes in which I’ve been lucky enough to be involved. The team is all women, which is a first for me, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’re putting together. I feel so honored to be part of this incredible team and can’t wait to share more with you!

In case you missed it, here’s what we shared on the blog this week:

My favorite skincare and beauty products that I used in January.

Your dog’s new bff: our dog treat & leash station DIY.

A sparkling kombucha cubana cocktail that is soooo good and refreshing.

The easiest guide to making your home smell amazing.

Plus, here are a few things that have inspired me this week:

Simple and straightforward: 5 easy chicken marinades.

Loving Anita’s tips for creating the perfect office in your bedroom when you’re short on space!

This DIY half painted blanket ladder is a great small space solution for all those throws I insist on having in the house.

Grace shared her tips for protecting your time (and a really cute outfit).

I’m a Canon girl through and through, but Sarah’s blogging essentials are so spot on.

Have a great weekend!
