Happy February, you guys! I can’t believe how quickly January flew by… woof. It’s already time to think of Valentine’s Day (or Galentine’s Day in case you missed yesterday’s post), so I wanted to kick things off with a recipe for this luscious and sort of sexy white negroni. This cocktail is pretty damn easy to make, but also makes it feel like you’re at a really fancy bar.

Sean and I don’t usually celebrate Valentine’s Day, to be perfectly honest. We much prefer to do our own thing on that day (and avoid the crowds), but that doesn’t mean we ignore the day entirely. Usually I make an extra special dinner with ingredients that are usually out of our budget, then we put on some Netflix. And I always make a really good cocktail for us. This year’s menu will absolutely include this white negroni recipe. The flavor is a bit dry and citrusy, with undertones of honey. Honestly, it’s such a smooth sip, that it will pair well with anything we make for dinner!

White Negroni Cocktail
Ingredients
For fancy ice cubes:
Instructions
- Make the heart-shaped ice cubes the day before you want to have the cocktail (they are also delicious with plain seltzer water, too!). Fill half of the tray with blueberry juice and half with plain water. Top the plain water ones with a grouping of edible flowers. Freeze overnight.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain over the glass of your choice (here is the glass we used). Garnish with 1 flower ice cube and 2 blueberry juice ice cubes.

I love how easy these cocktails are to make — and how fancy they look thanks to the ice cubes!
