The Weekend Edit

The countdown is officially ON! Just 2 days until I travel to Italy for the Annette Joseph styling & photography workshop and I could not be more excited. I’ve been feeling like I’m in a creative rut for a while now, so I’m really hoping that the workshop plus my travels afterwards will reignite a spark in me. And there is just so much to be excited about — I can’t wait to hone my styling skills with Annette, someone whom I really look up to. Once the workshop is over, we’re going to explore Italy, which basically means I will be eating my weight in pasta. Cannot. Freaking. Wait.

Posts will continue on the blog like usual and I have some reallllly good stuff scheduled, so stay tuned. But if you want in-the-moment updates about my trip, be sure to follow along on Instagram!

In case you missed it, here’s what we shared on the blog this week:

how to refinish an old door to look new again

my family’s Greek chicken and potatoes recipe

painted hanging planter DIY

baby shower gift ideas when you know nothing about kids

Plus, here are a few things that have inspired me this week:

I love Sarah’s master bedroom refresh!

The prettiest tarts EVER.

Definitely taking notes from Anne’s trip to Venice.

This jasmine flower vodka sounds soooooo good.

It was fun to see High Point through Kyla’s eyes.

Totally obsessed with the modern rustic details of Molly’s guest room.

BTW it is the Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale, aka when you can save up to 40% off! Here are a few of my fave picks:

Have a great weekend!
