5 Things of Note | February 2020

February might be my least favorite month. I always get so overwhelmed by the rate at which it flies by! Literally, it felt like yesterday when I shared my 10 things of note for January. Anywhooo, it’s that time of the month again and I’ve some really good stuff to share (like my new everyday carry tote from ABLE). It’s a shorter list than usual because I was sick for most of the month. But I’m ok with that because I’d rather share things I am super-stoked on than stuff that isn’t that great. Let’s dig in!

Joanna’s Things of Note from February 2020. Including ABLE leather tote, Sézane organic cotton sweater, Follain moisturizer, the best glycerin hand cream, and bath and body oil from Comfort Zone. #thingsofnote #shopping #shoppingguide #musthaves #favoriteproducts

Joanna’s Things of Note from February 2020 (including ABLE, Sézane, Follain & more)

As always, please note that a few of these items have been gifted to me. I have indicated that with an asterisk * next to the name of the product. As usual though, I am only sharing what I have absolutely loved and would spend ‘real money’ on regardless.

Herbacin Kamille Hand Cream

This has been my favorite hand cream for sooooo long, but I ran out a while ago and just never ordered more. January and February took a toll on my skin, especially my hands. They were dry, cracked, and really painful until I ordered more of this glycerin-based cream. I use a thick coat every night before bed and my skin always feels SO much better by morning. It’s also worth noting that this hand cream absorbs quickly, too. That’s always a huge plus in my book!

Comfort Zone Tranquility Oil*

Speaking of dry skin… I’ve been using this nourishing oil instead of lotion on my body and it’s been wonderful. You can use it in the bath (it turns milky when mixed with water), too. I love that it makes my skin truly feel silky, but definitely not oily. It can be hard to find a body oil that achieves that balance! And the scent… omg it smells incredible.

Leontine Jumper

I have wanted an easy-to-throw-on cotton henley sweater for soooo long. I tried thrifting one, but just could not find the one. Jess Kirby shared this organic cotton one on her stories a while back and I immediately bought it… and love it! It’s the perfect amount of slouchiness and drape. Plus, those buttons and stripes make me really, really happy. Hopefully, Sézane does a restock soon on this style… it’s really so so SO good.

Selam Tote*

I feel like a broken record, given how frequently I’ve shared this tote… but I love it!! I’ve needed a sturdy leather tote for a while now, especially for when I travel for work. In my mind, I wanted a bag with clean lines, lots of storage, but not too bulky. I chose the Selam tote in bone because it felt like a fresh color that would go with pretty much anything. BTW, ABLE was kind enough to offer you 20% off with code JOJOTASTIC20!

Follain Moisturizer: Replenish + Protect*

I didn’t plan for this post to be all about moisturizer, but… apparently that’s what the past month has involved for me! I’ve really been enjoying using this new moisturizer as part of my daily daytime skincare routine. It’s really lightweight, absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin looking brighter. If you’re looking for a clean moisturizer without any icky chemicals, definitely check out this one.

So these are my 5 fave products from February! If you have any tips or requests for March, leave a comment and let me know.
