I have chandeliers on the mind lately… not the stuffy, crystal one of your grandma’s era, but a modern chandelier. Our new house has an epically tall ceiling (15 feet!) which means I can finally make my dreams of dramatic dining room lighting come true. While I don’t have a peek of the space to show you yet, you know me and know what I can’t help but plan ahead and daydream about the space… so I started perusing some of my favorite lighting sources for inspiration. What I found was just too good to keep to myself! In case you’re on the hunt for a modern chandelier, here are a few really, really good ones that I found!
Looking for a Modern Chandelier? Check Out These Options!

Glass & Crystal
In my mind, a crystal chandelier is a very traditional light fixture… and tends to have a specific look. While working on this round up, I was pleased to see that there are way more modern glass chandeliers now — so many pretty options! I love the look of a mostly glass chandelier because then you really get to maximize the light and glow.
