Combine sparkling cider and juices in the bowl, leaving room for the ice ring so it doesn't overflow. Gently stir in the sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.

Notes
To keep the punch cold, make an ice ring so that it slowly melts and doesn't dilute the punch too quickly. Also, refrigerate the cider and juices before assembling the punch.
