Literally the perfect dessert for when you don't want to turn on the oven!
– butter melted – pretzel crumbs – cream cheese – whipping cream chilled – sugar – lemon juice – vanilla extract – Fresh berries
In a food processor, pulse pretzels; some more significant pieces are fine, but don’t leave them all too big. Next melt butter and cool slightly. Mix into the pretzel crumbs. Fill the bottom of your jars with the pretzel crust, making as even a layer as you can.
Beat the cream cheese down with a hand mixer until it is completely smooth. Add in vanilla, lemon juice, and sugar until combined. In a separate bowl, whip together the heavy cream. Fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Use a pastry bag and pipe to fill the jars or spoon the filling in. Finally, smooth down the tops with the back of a spoon and chill until ready to serve.
