Let’s be real here: it can be expensive to design and decorate a house! I’ve become painfully aware of that now that we live in 2000 sqft, HA. So as I’ve been brainstorming content to share here on the blog with you, I wanted to make sure that I continue to be budget conscious. Today’s round up is all about my favorite affordable home decor items that are under $100 — and I personally own all of them! Let’s dig in.
20 Affordable Home Decor Pieces I Swear By (All From My Own Home!)
I feel like this is a round up that could be super long… there are just so many great, budget-friendly home decor pieces out there right now!
Under $25:

Better Homes & Gardens White Salted Coconut & Mahogany Candle
Not only does this candle smell SO GOOD, but the container is perfect for upcycling into a planter.

Better Homes & Gardens Windowpane Plaid Throw Pillow Covers, 2 pack
I love being able to just buy pillow covers so I can re-use the same inserts. These plaid pillows are so soft and such good quality. I love them!

Paper & Clay Hyggelig Taper Holder
As far as I’m concerned, you can never have enough candle holders. These gorgeous taper holders also double as a bud vase, too!

Better Homes & Gardens Wall Mounted Metal Hook Rack
I love this set of hooks so much that we have a set in at least 4 different places in our cabin! It’s very versatile and so affordable.

Better Homes & Gardens 3 Piece Glass Canister Set with Wood Lids
I’m currently working on a pantry makeover (can’t wait for you to see that!) and these canisters have been crucial in getting everything organized and cutely styled. I love them!

My nose is constantly running, so we have tissue boxes allllll over the house. I usually hate their packaging, but this cover makes it all good!

Better Homes & Gardens Feather Filled Tassled Velvet Throw Pillow
There is a lot to love about this affordable pillow: the color options, the softness, the down insert, and the charming tassels. Highly recommend!

Marin White Taper and Pillar Candle Holders
I’ve had these for a few years and am consistently happy with how versatile they are because they hold both shapes of candles!
Under $50:

I love a good jute rug, especially because it looks great on it’s own or layered underneath a vintage rug. Layering rugs over one of these is my secret way to make a vintage rug feel bigger since often they are more affordable when they are smaller!

Double Arm Hand Forged Iron Candle Holder
You haven’t seen these yet in the cabin, but I have a set of two to hang in our main bedroom suite when it’s finally ready to decorate! I am so excited to get some romantic vibes in there thanks to natural candlelight.

Luxe Full-Grain Leather Valet Tray
Tired of having keys everywhere? This valet tray is my answer and the only way I can get Sean to stop leaving his wallet in random spots!
Under $100:

If you’re looking for ways to instantly make dining chairs cozier, meet your new best friend. I am obsessed with these seat pads and the charm they bring!

Sean got me the amber colored carafe for Christmas last year and it’s one of my most favorite every day use items. I keep it on my nightstand and it just makes me happy!

Better Homes & Gardens 28″ Round Metal Mirror
A big, round mirror is an instant classic, so I scooped up this affordable one for our main bedroom suite bathroom… if it ever gets finished!

Set of 4 Naturally Dyed Tonal Linen Napkins
I know these napkins are sold out, but I highly recommend waiting for them to get back into stock. They are so worth the wait. Super soft, perfectly rumpled linen in gorgeous one-of-a-kind color thanks to the natural dyes derived from avocados and cutch.

Open Spaces Shelf Risers, set of 2
I didn’t know the importance of sturdy risers for organizing our home until I got these bad boys. They are chic and stylish, but also perfect for squeezing a bit more storage space into any space!

You know me, I always love a well-styled moment. This set of wooden links is the perfect home decor staple to artfully drape in a beautiful bowl, making your shelfie look effortless!

Mushroom lamps are having a major design moment right now. But I’m of the mindset that tortoise shell is always in style. I love how much of a classic this lamp is!

A great wooden cutting board is one of the best ways to instantly spruce up a kitchen space. Plus, think of all the cheeseboards you could make!
Did any of your favorite affordable home decor make the list? I hope you were able to discover something new today that you love! And be sure to let me know if you want me to keep sharing posts like this.
