Key materials included cotton sateen with embroidery and appliqué. fabric manipulation inspired by the mossy forest floor, patchworking, and hand-rendered artwork.

Joanna Hawley-McBride is a Pacific Northwest-based social media strategist, content creator, and former textile designer.
