I’ve been wanting to make this soup in a pumpkin bowl for SO long and has been on my Thanksgiving wish list before I even started working with Joanna (it’s true, ask my mom!). How cute is the idea of using a sugar pumpkin as the soup bowl?? Plus, the flavors of cumin and cilantro make such a surprisingly lovely pairing.

This golden raisin & kale salad is easy to make with just a handful of ingredients (most of which you likely already have on hand!). It’s also delectable with turkey and chicken. This recipe also deserves bonus points because it is vegan-friendly.
